Welcome to ikivaiz.com – a curated platform by Ikivaiz®, celebrating the timeless traditions of Indian textiles. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the terms laid out below.

1. Our Products & Commitments

Ikivaiz® brings you handpicked unstitched fabrics from across the Indian subcontinent:

  • Phulkari, Chikankari, Bandhani & Leheriya, Ajrakh, Silk blends like Paithani & Kanchipuram, Khadi, Tant, Mangalgiri, Khaddar, and fusion ethnic wear.
  • Every piece undergoes quality control to ensure authenticity, accuracy in measurement, defect-free condition, and ethical sourcing.
  • As our collections include handcrafted items, minor irregularities are natural and signify the uniqueness of artisanal craftsmanship.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

A. When the Product is Defective or Damaged

If the delivered fabric is not as described or visibly defective:

2.1 How to Raise a Request

Email us at support@ikivaiz.com within 7 days of receiving the product with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

2.2 Eligible Conditions for Refund

  • Major inconsistencies in color, print, weave, or texture visible on unpacking
  • Fabric is torn, loosely woven, or structurally defective
  • Weight discrepancy exceeds 25%

2.3 Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be issued as store credit/gift cards valid for 6 months.
  • If you prefer, a refund can be processed back to your original payment method or bank account (for COD).
  • Ikivaiz® will handle reverse pickup, where serviceable. If not, ship via India Post and email us the receipt—we’ll refund standard courier charges.

B. Change of Mind or Product Not as Expected

We understand that sometimes things don’t match your expectations.

2.4 Conditions for Return

  • Must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unstitched, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
  • Minimum returnable quantity: 2 meters
  • Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer at their cost
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item at our facility

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we receive your returned item.
  • Exchanges will be based on net payable value, not on MRP.
  • Replacements will only be dispatched once returned item passes quality check.

4. Non-Returnable Categories

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom cut fabrics below 2 meters
  • Items bought under clearance or special sales
  • Gift cards and digital credits
  • Products altered, washed, or stitched after delivery

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only, usually within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, email us at support@ikivaiz.com or call our customer service.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will reflect in your original payment mode within 7-10 working days.
  • Orders placed under Cash on Delivery (COD) require no refund process as payment is made post-delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product descriptions, and designs on ikivaiz.com are the property of Ikivaiz® and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of our material is prohibited.

7. Pricing, Availability & Accuracy

  • We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Actual fabric colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and photography lighting.

8. Data Privacy & Security

We value your trust. Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy and is never sold or misused. Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes, the matter will be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
  • We strive to resolve complaints fairly, in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Act guidelines.
