A. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In rare cases, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to damage, defect, or if the item doesn’t match specifications, you may initiate a return or exchange by writing to us at support@ikivaiz.com or WhatsApp at +91-9818623833 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the concern
- Brief description of the issue
Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 48 hours.
1. When Product is Defective or Damaged
1.1 Refund Policy
- Full refund will be processed for defective/damaged items post verification.
- Refunds may be issued as:
- Gift cards/store credit (valid for 6 months), or
- Original payment method/bank transfer (on request).
- If your order was part of a bulk purchase (₹15,000 or above), applicable discounts will be recalculated on a pro-rata basis after returns.
1.2 What Qualifies as Defective or Damaged
- Major mismatch in color, design, or print visible upon unboxing.
- Fabric is torn, cut, or damaged in a way that renders it unusable.
- Inconsistent weaving or severe weaving faults.
- Fabric weight varies more than 25% per meter from product description.
1.3 What is Not Covered
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting differences.
- Natural dye bleeding during initial washes (clearly mentioned on product page).
- Orders below 2 meters are not eligible for return.
- Slight irregularities that are hallmarks of handmade products.
1.4 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is subject to product availability at the time of request.
- The exchange will be made based on the net payable amount, not MRP.
1.5 Product Condition for Returns
- Item must be unstitched, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Returned items that fail quality checks will be rejected and sent back.
2. When You Change Your Mind or Are Not Satisfied
If you simply changed your mind or the product didn’t meet your personal expectations:
- Returns are accepted under the same 7-day window.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- We do not offer reverse pickup for such cases.
- Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the item.
B. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.
- To cancel or modify your order/shipping address, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD), there’s no refund as no payment was made.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original source within 7–10 business days post cancellation confirmation.
C. Logistics & Pickups
- For approved defect/damage returns, ikivaiz® will arrange a pickup from the delivery address.
- In remote or unserviceable areas, you may be asked to return via IndiaPost, and we’ll refund the courier cost upon sharing a valid receipt.
- All returns should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
